At least the RF definitely tightens skin and loses fat with continued use. I started using this a few weeks ago on my belly and thighs. The skin looks much firmer now. It’s not a quick fix — you do need to be patient. I usually do 20-30 minutes before bed while watching TV. I love that it’s non-surgical and doesn’t hurt at all.
