Refund and Return Policy

You need apply for a return/refund within 30 calendar days from the date of order delivery. For returns or refunds, please contact us via email at: info@cantaesthetic.co.uk (Monday to Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM UK Time).
The goods must be in brand new condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you retain the product packaging for 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
If the device has exceeded 30 calendar days since the date of delivery, it does not qualify for a refund. Goods returned without original packaging or that show signs of use within 30 calendar days may be subject to a deduction reflecting any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them. Goods returned in their original packaging and in unused, sellable condition within 30 calendar days are eligible for a full refund. Canta Esthetic UK LTD reserves the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to approving any return. Once the return is approved, the delivery address will be emailed to you.

Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer. You must ship the product to the address we provide via email and notify us of the return tracking number.
If customs fees are required to receive the returned package (for international orders), these fees will be deducted from your refund.
Damages to the device caused by unauthorized product modifications, improper voltage supply, misuse, improper packaging, or improper use before successfully completing a training course are not covered under this refund policy.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging the product for return to Canta Esthetic UK LTD, to prevent any potential damage during transit. Any damage caused by improper packaging/lack of protection inside the shipping box is the responsibility of the customer. Each accessory must be individually packaged and carefully protected with bubble wrap, polystyrene foam, or similar materials, and any screens on the device must be carefully covered during transit. Returned items must be securely fixed inside the packaging and accessories must be properly protected to avoid damage from movement during transit.
If you purchased custom-made products, these products are final sale items and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, alterations, or modifications.
Refund eligibility is subject to the condition of the device, original packaging, purchase date, and prior return authorization. If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item. Refund posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any shipping and handling damage must be reported to Canta Esthetic UK LTD within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Order Cancellation: We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Generally, orders cannot be canceled after 1 hour of placing them. If you wish to edit or cancel your order within 1 hour, please contact info@cantaesthetic.co.uk as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
