regarding the HydraFacial machine I purchased, which was delivered a week ago. Unfortunately, it has multiple issues. The power plug is not secure, so any slight movement of the machine during a treatment causes it to disconnect and the system to shut down. One of the attachments is also not properly secured, and the suction head is not operating efficiently. In addition, the cartridge for the microneedling device was not included with the delivery. I have emailed three times about these issues and have not received a single response, which I find extremely disappointing and well below the standard of customer service I'd expect. Given all of this, I no longer wish to proceed with this purchase and would like to return the machine for a full refund. Please could you confirm your return process and next steps as a matter of urgency.
